What’s a passports teacher convention?

This is a free trip overseas, in addition to the free trip you take in the company of your student group. It’s our way of saying thank you and welcoming you into the passports family!

What’s included on my free trip?

A round-trip plane ticket, hotel accommodations, breakfast daily, welcome reception, farewell evening dinner, guided city tour, optional excursions and the opportunity to meet with passports professionals and other group organizers who share your love of travel!

How do I earn my free spot?

For each application, passports will award you rewards points redeemable for cool rewards, including free spots on one of our International Teacher Conventions. The earlier you start, the more points you get. Click here for details!

Where will the convention be?

Last year's convention was in London. This year's will be in Brussels!
