I am preparing for our trip talk meetings and would like to know the experience of any of you who have done Venezia, Firenze, Roma tour. Did the hotels in which you stayed have hairdryers, etc supplied. I know parents are going to want to know what to send with the kids. For some of the adults traveling with us, were there typically lifts in the hotels? Thanks. Carole
