We have received no indications that Vatican activities during the interregnum period following the death of His Holiness John Paul II will have any effect on your upcoming travel plans, which include Rome, except as concerns your likely visit to the Sistine Chapel, which may still be unavailable to travelers for obvious reasons. Apart from this, your travel plans involving the Eternal City occur during a very special time, which will provide a meaningful experience for you, we are sure.
