Yes! Get one of those cheap adaptors that takes a U.S male plug and converts to one or several European male plugs as outputs.

That way you're covered, since your cell phone and laptop and other portable device charge transformers are already AC/DC and voltage compatible. Should work fine for the tech-head, but maybe not for the heads needing plug-in hair dryers.
