Tonya, I've led two tours with Passports. They use great hotels in great locations and have fantastic couriers. They are a little more expensive than EF, but it will be worth it. I can vouch for the positive promotional material on this website. If you're going to go to Europe, why take any chances? I've usually found that you get what you pay for. I will use no other student travel company. Good luck with your decision.
