EF

We are currently traveling with EF this summer. I will never use them again and we haven't even landed in Europe. Their customer service is horrible and their departments are not coordianted. If we did not have the home stay already arranged seperately, I would have cancelled our trip. (As of today, they have changed our dates 4 times and I just hope they do not do it again when we are at the Home stay.) They also could not place 2 of my students on the same plane with the group and they have to travel seperately. They barely even apologized, just said that they would handle all liability issues.
