Europe suggestions

I have traveled with Passports on an awesome trip to NYC. Now I am in the beginning stages of planning a trip for the spring/summer of 2007. I'd like to venture outside of the US. I'm thinking 8-14 days. Any suggestions? I will be taking juniors and seniors in high school who want to do more than visit museums and ride on tour buses. I'm anxious to hear some ideas!
