My daughter and I are going this coming spring on a trip I have dreamed about my whole life, starting in Paris and ending in Rome. I never stopped to think about how hard it would be for me to order food though. On top of not understanding the words on the menu, even if I did I wouldn't know if the dishes contain meat or not. I thought maybe someone else on here might have some experience with this. I don't expect Italy to be much of a problem. I practically live on pasta already :)
