la belle france

I'm currently in the planning stages of a trip to France, preferably "La Belle France" in the Passports catalog, and am looking for feedback from anyone who has taken that trip or any others to France. I want to choose the right company because I've already had to cancel out on France and Canada with this group of students due to low enrollment. I want to make sure Passports will keep their promises even after we've arrived in France. I don't want the students to have to pay any hidden prices, stay in budget hotels, or have their travel dates changed. I'm looking at Passports, a local company, and at ACIS. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Merci!
