Your 1/2 credit course

I would love to hear about the logistics of your course. How often do you meet, what is required, and how your organize it. We realized last year that even tho we did a series of "Trip Talks" our kids were as prepared for the art and history part of the trip to Italy. We have tossed around a course and would love to hear how you do it.
