Chris, no worries! Find out if your courier is fluent in any of the languages of places you're going--I think most of the couriers speak at least a couple languages, if they're European most of them were required to learn at least a couple in school. I think Passports tries to match couriers to languages when possible. Our courier spoke 3 of the 4 languages we needed. I do wish (and so did our courier) we would have had our students look up few of the most common phrases for each country though, maybe even carry a cheat-sheet around w/ them during free time so they could communicate.
