Liability

Mandy,

The school is not liable for events that take place on the tour. The contracts are specifically between Passports and the participant and paragraph 10 of the Release and Agreement specifically states that the school and/or school board is not liable for events that may occur on the tour. Please contact me if additional information is required by your principal and/or school board. We look forward to having you travel under our auspices. Have a safe and happy holiday season!
