I couldn't agree more. Laurent went out of his way time and time again to make sure that every single person on the trip was taken care of to the tiniest thing. He even went to the pharmacy to buy stuff for someone's hurting blisters. He became like family to the whole group, while still remaining professional. He was so very patient with our group of photographers who moved a street block an hour and took us to the craziest places especially to get incredible shots. I really can't praise him enough!
