Yuletide in Nice

Posted by Becky Cooper on 01/13/2009

Although I'm over my jet lag, I'm still floating in the clouds since getting back from my first visit to Nice. I have many fond memories to cherish - Fragonard Perfumerie (a dream come true), Marche Saleya, Saint Paul de Vence (gotta get back there) and the kindness shown to me by PASSPORTS staff members and fellow travelers. I was overjoyed that Myriam was on this trip with us. I learned more French language from her, more French history to ponder, and the Farewell Dinner would not have been complete without her delightful costume and performance! So frenchified! Merci to Julian, Shawn, Kris, Maureen, and all the rest who sacrified a quiet Christmas and New Year's at home to cater to us. The Novotel was the perfect hotel, close to everything and very comfortable and accommodating. I would never even consider traveling with anyone other than PASSPORTS.
