Can I Go To Paris?!!!!

Hello everyone, i am a student at Arlington Heights High School (Fort worth Texas), and i heard that a group of students are going to Paris for Spring break March 2009; I really want to go with them,is it to late to sign up? (Please don't say it's too late), because i know by the end of Febuary i will be able to collect 3,000 dollars for the trip. Will it be to late? Oh I really do want to go to PariS!!Please reply by sending me an e-mail. If it's not too late, then tell me what i need to do to go on that plane on SpringBreak For PARIS!! PLease help me!!!
