Destination Madrid tour was great!

I've always appreciated Passports service. It is immediate and informative. I have traveled with various other companies and have never had the same service, rewards or professional treatment. This was our 2nd tour with Tom as Courier (tour director). He has

excellent ideas, extensive knowledge of Spain and was invaluable in our being able to plan events/activities. The charm of the Destination Madrid tour is the amount of free time to explore. Students chose from a host of ideas. Tom took care of every detail. There were no hitches or problems, and his musical interest/talent enhanced our visit This trip was especially nice because the group was small (14), which resulted in our feeling we had very special attention. The students' experiences were so much more enhanced by the variety of activities from which to choose and the immediate availability of everything due to our central location. We felt well cared for and worry-free!
