Kathy Bernard guided me through every step of this trip, and Paola is an excellent Courier. She is a beautiful human being in addition to being a top notch guide. She saw to our every need and comfort and took a genuine interest in each traveler. Moreover, her knowledge of history, food and common every day customs was superb. Everyone learned so much about Sicily and Italy in general. I hope to work with her again. Passports is definitely a step above all other tour companies. It goes the extra mile to ensure the safety and happiness of its travelers. From start to finish, Passports is a thorough and caring company.
