First Trip with Passports in May 2011- Italy

Having traveled with another company to London twice, I came across Passports on the internet and read through their website. I immediately called and was given a Passport Agent named Lori DeWeese. I am planning a customized trip for a group of teachers to Italy. Every question is answered immediately and every call is returned- even on the weekends! It is so comforting speaking to the SAME person each time I have a question. Lori has been incredible as well as the rest of the staff. I KNOW that this trip is going to be incredible and we are already looking into traveling with Passports for 5 more trips in the future. Look for my comments AFTER we return in June 2011. I am so pleased and impressed with this company that I just had to let everyone know that these people are top of the line!! We ARE so EXCITED about our trip.
