Barcelona Convention MLK Weekend

This trip was totally delightful. I learned so much that I never knew I was even interested in, and saw sights that are gorgeous. I have to tell you that passports employees know how to have a good time! First, I want to say how impressed I was with Tom. He is a delightful young man, and a great courier. Whomever he is interacting with, he is completely attentive, like there is nothing else he would rather be doing. And he's funny on top of it all. You are lucky to have such an employee. The other passports people are so competent, always knowing what to do, and never getting impatient with those who can't seem to find the ATM that's just across the street and around the corner - or at least never showing impatience. And Julian even got up at 5am to bring me money for the taxi. Dinner the last evening was a real treat. The food was fantastic and the entertainment was great. We had a fantastic time, and I laughed more than I have in the last 3 years. It was a truly healing experience.

In short, I was very impressed with the organization, the interpersonal interaction, and the general good will I experienced on this trip. Thank you all at passports for making this all possible!
