Biarritz homestay Paris

Passports as usual did a great job organizing transportation details. It was a great idea to fly into Bordeaux. Small airport, fast trip to Biarritz via bus. I would recommend flying out of Bordeaux also. Our experience flying out of CDG, as usual, was nerve racking.

Great hotel, Novotel in the 15th arrond. Close to everything. Great idea to visit Paris on the hop on/off bus with all day pass. Students loved it. I wouldn't advise a 10:30 pm ascent of the Eiffel tower since it takes forever to get up and then rush to get down in order not to miss the last metro. If anyone is interested in doing a home stay in the southwest of France, contact me. The students had a great time staying with French families, taking intensive language classes in the morning and going to the beach in the afternoon. Basque region is beautiful and very welcoming.
