Passports makes the difference!

I have to tell you that our daughter has taken quite a role with my France trip - she did ALL of the paperwork for rooming, passport verification, etc... She loves coming to the meetings and taking a leadership role, answering questions, promoting Passports - it's so nice to see. She tells everyone why her parents choose to travel with you, we have never made a request to your company that you have not moved heaven and earth to fulfill for us, she has had the pleasure of meeting so many people who work with Passports that even she feels very much a part of everything, how everyone is so exceptionally kind and how everyone takes care of her mom who is not in the best health!

Last night we had those two questions and she decided she was going to call the office to get the information... so proud to answer that it was Valerie calling - her mouth dropped when Shawn answered! She felt so official and so comfortable, because she knows Shawn personally! Kudos to you all for the hard work that you do at Passports to make all of our desires for these trips so successful. Congrats for the conventions that make my almost 21 year old feel so comfortable to take a leadership role because she's had the chance to get to know you all. In short. Thank you for everything. Have a great weekend and please let everyone know that you all make a difference!
